Provides great water pressure to 2 rain shower heads
Provides great water pressure to 2 rain shower heads. Grohe is a great company with quality product! This product is only meant for showers only. If you are looking to get the pressure valve for both shower and bath, this is the one you are looking for: Grohe 35016000 Grohsafe Pressure Balance Rough-In Valve with Built-In Diverter & Stops. We had it paired with Grohe 19457001 Concetto Pressure Balance Valve Trim and 2 of Grohe 27530000 Relexa® Deluxe 4-spray pattern Shower heads and it works very well. We've had this combination for about 2 months now without any issues!

Not very well thought out.
After buying this product and trying to install it, I have found it to be poorly made. If you don't use copper tubing it will force water out the shower head while you are filling up the tub. I don't believe there is any excuse for this. The instructions say to use 3/4" copper tubing or 3/4" pex tubing. We used 3/4" PEX tubing called Sharkbite. And we still get water coming out of the shower head when we are filling the tub. As far as I am concerned, there is no excuse for the way this valve works. And I believe there should be some sort of complete shutoff so the water doesn't fill up the tubing going to the shower head when you are filling the tub with water. In my estimation this is a poorly made valve. There should be no way for water to come out of the shower head while you are filling up the tub. ALSO, this valve has no back mounted bracket to make installation strong and easy at the same time. The only thing holding this valve in place is the 3/4" PEX tubing. That is a cheap way to mount a valve of this size. It is way to easy to move this valve because nothing is holding it solid to the wood. I would never buy this brand again.

Pressure stays consistent
No complaints. Plumber installed it easily and it works as stated.

Hot Water Limit is not in the instruction manual...why?
I've taken this thing apart and I've read the instructions over and over and couldn't figure out how to regulate how much hot water is mixed in this valve. Turns out it's not in the rough-in instructions that comes with. Now, that doesn't make any sense. However the maximum hot water limit setting is described how to be set in the instructions on how to install your shower handle. It would make sense to have it in both. I like the construction and even a homeowner can easily take apart and put it back together without a fuss. I just can't love it because an important part of the function of this piece of hardware isn't even in the instruction manual. To those that are confused, when you take the handle off of your shower, it's the black threaded plastic piece with a loop in the default position at 2 O'clock. It can be taken off and rotated counter clockwise to find your preferred heat level.

Seems to work
Only time will tell. My plumber has not liked any of the Grohe products because installation instructions are very complicated and printed in small point type even I have trouble reading, and they do not always install like the typical American plumbing fixture. But they look nice.

Excellent quality and beautiful unit
Excellent quality and beautiful unit. Highly recommended to all. When hot water is not available it won't provide cold water either. Just be aware that you won't be able to take a cold shower even if you wanted to. :-) A nice feature.

Not much to save other than the fact that it is what my Grohe shower faucet requires and I got a great price on Amazon
Ordered this product for my grohe shower and it is very well made and heavy duty. Not much to save other than the fact that it is what my Grohe shower faucet requires and I got a great price on Amazon.
