This plugs into a USB port on my laptop; so when I'm working I can charge my watch without missing it during the day.

This little Apple Watch charging adapter works just as well as the original by my estimations. I charged my series 6 apple watch in about the same amount of time as the official charger would take without any fuss. It fits snuggle into the standard apple fast charger and doesn't feel loose or wobbly. I was able to plug this directly into an outlet and have my watch rest neatly on top. The magnetic alignment works just as you would expect with very little room for error.If you are intending to use this with a laptop that has several ports next to one another, there is a pretty good chance it will block the neighboring input (see included picture for reference). This might be a good case for an extension USB-C or right angle adapter to be included.Overall, this is a good little charger to keep in a bag when traveling or maybe just keeping around at the office. I have added it to my usual stash of cables and adapters. From a value standpoint, it could use with an extension cable, right angle adapter or charging block to help it stand out from other similar products. If you already have lots of USB-C chargers and want something as compact as possible it seems like a pretty good option.

The folding design is great for travel. Charges my Apple Watch quickly if I need to get a quick charge. When on the road, I charge my iPhone, iPod and Apple Watch simultaneously overnight with no problems.

Having a cordless Apple Watch charger like this is convenient for travel, and this is a passable one, but at $30, it is a bit overpriced. $30 is the same price as Apple's official fast charger which is higher quality and obviously faster for newer Watches. This one is made of cheap gray plastic and is not a fast charger.It is also worth noting that it has a USB-C connector. Most of the photos on the product listing show a USB-A connector. This is not a bad thing, but having a different version of the product in the photos may be misleading to some.This charger was able to charge my Apple Watch Series 5 from 0% to 100% in a bit under 2 hours. It does the job, and it is good that it is MFi certified, but I think the price should be a bit lower for what it is.

UPDATE: I've been using this for a while I'm very happy with it. Its SO much more convenient than a long cord because its less messy and the watch is literally mounted onto the plug. It stays secure onPros: compact, fits watch nicelyCons: holds the weight of the watch and itself. Creates a fulcrum on the female USB-C while plugged in, so I can see it getting bent/damaged easily if you bump into it accidentally; I haven't done that yet but will update on the outcome after I inevitably do like the klutz that I am.

I acquired a dual power supply/charger for my watch and phone. I forgot my vanity outlet was landscape oriented and was doubtful this adapter would work, thinking it wouldn't hold the watch in this "sideways" position. Happily I was wrong. Coupled with a short USB-C to Lightniing cable, I now have a convenient overnight "charging station" which I can slide into a drawer during the day to keep my vanity tidy. Not only that, it can also be easily packed for travel.
