Will the 150 says max tip size is .015 but will it work with a .017 tip. Most exterior paint I have looked at calls for the bigger tip.

Do you have to use a 5 gallon bucket only with the control pro 150?

No, this will work into 1-gallon containers just the same.

Could you use this product to spray Texture?

Can you use this for furniture paint projects? or is it too powerful? Looking for a versatile painter for both walls and furniture/cabinet projects.

This sprayer will work fine for furniture and cabinets. I don't know if I'd set it up for just a single small project, such as a single chair, etc. but it will lay on a good smooth coat of paint.
