Reliability and ease of operation.
This LuminAid lamp is a "must-have" in our home during tornado season and during our time at the lake when losing power is NOT a surprise. It is solar powered and holds a charge for quite some time. Reasonably priced. This product has an interesting origin. Check it out.

Versatile, Long Life, Hold A Charge
Great little lantern. I have had one for 5 years and it is still working well.I use it for camping. The handy handle is adjustable and I hang it from a loop at the top of my tent.I also use them at home when there are power outages. The lowest setting lets me have lights for a long time. They hold their charge well. So even a couple of months after I charged them, they still have power.I like that the can be charged ny solar or using a charger.I bought one for every member of my family for emergencies.Definitely recommend them.

Good traveling/camping/power outage light
This thing is great! We actually bought it for a group gift draw before COVID, but then put it in the closet and forgot about it during lockdown. Recently we went on a trip and one of our children needs a night light, and we remembered this. It works perfectly for that purpose and packs down quite small. It is also super for power outages and camping (makes a nice table light for camping dinners or for the tent). Haven't needed the solar charger yet; it charges quickly using the USB and the light lasts awhile (my guess would be at least two full nights). It works well enough that we bought several more!

Perfect light, use anywhere!
Awesome little solar light! I fully charged it at home via the USB. Took it camping for the first time and love that it’s so portable, lightweight, and has different light settings. I haven’t used the solar option yet as it held the charge for so long. Great product.

Test it and inflate it to check for leaks when you get it
First one leaked down in 2 hours and I had to return it.Replacement works great and doesn't leak. In a true emergency use the lowest setting for brightness to get the longest battery life.
