Holds up nicely
Okay, so I'm probably gonna sound a little hippie dippie and possibly a little loony but I got this bracelet because I had heard from a friend that copper bracelets help with arthritis type pain. I really didn't believe her but found after reading a lot of different things about it that it seems to be something a lot of people with arthritis pain do. I have carpal tunnel and short of surgery which I really do not want to do, I am almost out of options. I also have a cyst that develops on my wrist as a result of it. I don't wear this on my wrist, I actually wear it on my ankle. It seems to work. I mean the cyst is practically gone when I wear it consistently. Also it comes back as does the pain if I don't wear it for more than a couple days. I don't know if this is psycho sematic or if its actually doing something but I really don't care. This bracelet has also held up very nicely with the constant wearing of it. I don't even take it off when I shower. It dries quickly and hasn't frayed at all.

The string looks faded, I guess the copper I don’t know what it is, it’s not shiny, it looks old, nothing like the picture, very disappointing
