The best gf crackers!
This is the first gf cracker that is sensational and crispy and light and oh so delish. Love as a toast substitute for spreads, hummus, avocado, whatever. Thanks Le Pain Quotidien for substituting it for bread with my egg breakfast. Don't know where to buy except online (though I used to find it at Home Goods!) so I'm online buying cases now!

The product is a great alternative to gluten, wheat, corn and lactose products.
The product is a great alternative to gluten, wheat, corn and lactose products. May favorite flavor is actually the chestnut, however a little variety never hurts anyone, so we order both, the quinoa and the chestnut. Both are packed with protein and go well with smoked salmon or any cold cut or dip (anything you would use a cracker or bread for). This household goes through them at an incredible speed, so I have started to order both flavors by the six pack online.

My new addiction
This cracker is by far the best on the market for Gluten Free crackers. It is a great carrier to anything, peanut butter and jelly, avocado, you can put anything on it, the lightly salted cracker holds up and provides that crunchy satisfaction everytime!

Great multi-purpose cracker for food-allergic kids
I give these to my toddler son, who has multiple food allergies. He adores them plain, and they are also good topped with sunflower seed butter or coconut oil. Add a little honey and cinnamon and you've got cinnamon toast. These also stand up well as mini pizza crusts! Just add olive oil, red sauce and toppings and stick them in the oven or toaster oven. Mmmm...
