Very uncomfortable, hurt your feet
The insides of the sliders are too hard and pointy, and cause shoebites even if worn for a short duration. Would not recommend.

Worth the price, there are a few positives such as the quality and and design. for me personally the spikes are not so comfortable that's one thing, people do believe that helps in blood circulation so that might be a positive for a few people, for the price, you can't go wrong with it. So it's a win win situation if you go for it
