Beautiful & Heavy-Duty—The Best Way to Keep Your Tea Hot
I’ve been moving away from electric kettles and back toward traditional steeping, and this Japanese-style cast iron pot has become my daily go-to. If you’re used to ceramic or glass, the first thing you’ll notice here is the heatsink effect—this thing stays hot for a remarkably long time. Build Quality & Design: The weight of the cast iron feels premium and balanced. The interior is enamel-coated, which is a must-have for me because it prevents rust and doesn't "flavor" the tea. The exterior pattern is crisp and looks beautiful sitting on my counter even when I'm not using it. The Infuser: The included mesh basket is surprisingly fine. I use it for very small loose-leaf green teas, and I rarely get any "sludge" or particles at the bottom of my cup. It’s also deep enough that you don't have to fill the pot to the absolute brim just to get the leaves to touch the water. Pros: Heat Retention: Keeps a second cup of tea warm for 30–45 minutes without a warmer. Drip-Free Spout: It pours a very clean stream; no annoying drips running down the side of the pot. Sturdy Handle: It stays upright and doesn't feel loose or "floppy" when pouring. Cons: Weight: When full of water, it is quite heavy. If you have any wrist issues, you might find it a bit cumbersome. Maintenance: You can't just leave water sitting in it overnight. You have to rinse and dry it completely to keep the rim from rusting over time. Final Verdict: This is a perfect marriage of form and function. It’s a "buy it once" kind of product that should last a lifetime if you take 30 seconds to dry it after use.

Excellent Japanese Cast Iron Teapot – Stylish and Functional!
I absolutely love this Cast Iron Teapot! The quality is outstanding—sturdy, well-made, and beautifully designed with the elegant clouds pattern. The enameled interior makes it easy to clean and prevents rust, while the built-in infuser is perfect for brewing loose leaf tea. It heats evenly on the stovetop and holds a generous 27oz (800ml), making it ideal for sharing tea with friends or enjoying multiple cups yourself. The black finish is sleek and fits perfectly in any kitchen. Both practical and decorative, this teapot has quickly become my favorite for daily tea rituals. Highly recommended!

Works great, so cute kettle teapot
This cast iron teapot is ideal for tea lovers who enjoy loose-leaf tea or tea bags I use both. With a capacity of 27oz, it's a great size for brewing tea for one or two people. The teapot's exterior is adorned with a beautiful clouds pattern, adding a touch of elegance. The cast iron construction makes it durable and long-lasting, the enameled interior prevents rusting and makes cleaning a breeze. The infuser is a useful addition, allowing you to brew your loose-leaf tea with ease. The lid fits securely onto the teapot. Additionally, the teapot is stovetop safe, which is very convenient for those who prefer to brew their tea on the stove like we do. A little recommendation dry well after cleaning, is cast iron so if you leave it wet will rust, included is a cute drying cloth. Overall, it is a beautiful, practical, well-constructed, easy to use and clean, safe to use on my gas stove. Highly recommended!

Great teapot, but it's drippy
Very beautiful teapot, looks very nice on my desk. I use it with a mug warmer to keep a pot of tea warm throughout the day. I like the removable tea strainer, gets the jobs done. BUT it dribbles. Every cup I pour gets tea on my desk and down the side of the pot. Every. Single. Time. I have over a dozen teapots that don't do this, so I know it's not a pouring technique issue. I'm ordering an $8 silicone spout cover to fix the dribble problem, so it's not a total loss. The teapot is so beautiful that I plan to keep using it, but the dribble is definitely an avoidable issue.

Good value
Wanted a small tea pot for camping. It's perfect, doesn't take up a lot of space, heats quickly and looks cute.

Amazing Design!
Great design and cute teapot. Full cast iron and very easy to use. It feels well built and I felt it was good value for the price I paid. It’s a smaller size so don’t expect it to hold massive amounts but good for 1-2 cups. Great purchase and includes a filter for loose leaf tea/coffee.

Chipping away, not usable for tea
Very cute but the enamel on the outside was chipping away really bad when it arrived. Same with the inside. I use these types of teapots for my forest therapy sessions, so was very disappointed that this one will likely sit on my shelf. Would not recommend buying if you plan to use for tea.
