Really good budget microphone
Long ago, I used to have a much more basic and older Fifine microphone. So I already have some experience and trust with them. I've always liked the quality of these microphones, especially for the price. The color on this one is cool and I love the mute button that sits on top and that you can simply tap on. This is a simple plug and play, no extra setup needed, and no software needed either, another reason why I love Fifine. My girlfriend has a HyperX one, and they're basically the same thing (that one is a bit bigger) and this one is much cheaper (at least half price). My biggest issue, is that in Zoom calls it's sometimes the other person struggles listening, but I don't know if that's the microphone or my settings. Besides that, since there is no app, you need to switch through each lighting mode individaully, and cycle through them. Besides, that no complaints from this.

Great customer service, but didn’t work out personally
I chose this mic based on the many positive reviews and the good sound quality for its price. It worked well for a few days, but it began showing issues. It may be an issue with my computer/software, since this doesn’t seem to be a common issue, but the mic just has not worked out for me. However, the customer service is notably exemplary. I contacted Fifine regarding a replacement, and had a lot of helpful back and forth troubleshooting the issue. Although this mic hasn’t worked for me, it might for you. When it did work, it sounded great. It was just too inconsistent for me who requires using a mic daily. So, I say give it a chance.

After 4 years, still perfect
I've been using this microphone for 4 years now and its been nothing short of perfect, I have had 0 issues with the operation of this microphone and if you are looking for and easy to use, mo brainer then this is the one. I'm not an audiophile, but it sounds really good snd my friends say that it sounds very close to what I sound like in person, so it sounds great, and also has easy controls for gain and for the lighting which can be turned off if that's not your cup of tea.It has no software and is pkug and play ready to go. Dont hesitate!

Fifine does it again this time with the A8
The Fifine A8 is an upgrade from the A6V. I do not know much about mic sound and quality. But I feel it’s about the same from the A6V. The upgrade worth mentioning is you can control the RGB colors now. And a small upgrade is it has a headphone jack. You can have the normal RGB glow or you can choose a solid color and you can match your PC colors which is great. It is a bit bigger in size as well. The mic is lightweight and isn’t a heavy mic which is good if you have a cheaper boom arm. Set up is very easy plug and play and you are set to go. The mic functionality is easy on the top of the mic is the mute button which turns red when muted and green when not. On the lower back of the mic there is the RGB button to change the RGB lighting. So in other words this is a good upgrade to the A6V.

Poor Quality
Microphone stopped working and all troubleshooting did not work to fix it. It was a month after purchase but the company took care of it and sent me a replacement that works. I appreciate them taking care of the customer.

Nice, simple mic
We really love this microphone for what it is. It is a simple recording mic that looks really neat with the colors. It seems to be built pretty well, and it sounds pretty clear on the recording. My son is a vocalist, so he is still trying everything out with the one he got as a present. The cord length is pretty good, but you can use any USB C cord with it if you need it to be longer or shorter.I am going to add that we received one as a gift from a friend and then decided to order another for my other son. The one I ordered did not work and was returned.

Fantastic budget microphone that sounds great.
Not an audiophile or has any real experience with mics or setups. I originally got a T669 in 2020 based on all the positive reviews and that was a solid solid solid microphone that I was really happy with except primarily the lack of mute button and how much background noise it picked up. I didn't need to upgrade, but I was in the mood to try this out and I got it for a great price so the decision was made easier.Overall sound-wise, I think it's really similar sounding to the T669. I would have liked a little more low end tones picked up, but it sounds clear throughout the range. I think people who know their way around mics probably could get it to sound even better, but it's plenty good enough for my untrained ear. The biggest upgrade was the improvement in background noise. I tried both mics in Audacity and it's a noticeable difference in background noise. I liked the fact that I could just pop it onto the mic arm that came with the T669 and the RGB lights are awesome. It provides some cool ambience as I'm just working on my computer. It's great to be able to switch off the lights too, or have them shut off with the computer as well. I like how the smiley face isn't really all that noticeable on the pop filter - which looks and works great. The only beefs I have with it are that the shock mount is pretty huge - I miss the compactness of the T669. This mic is already bigger before you consider the shock mount. The other gripes are that the gain knob is on the rear when it could easily have been in the same position on the front. You can operate it based on feel, but it just makes more sense to have it on the front - which frees up the rear to have the USB connector to go out the rear of the mic for a cleaner look. I also would have preferred a little less sound pickup from the rear of the mic. I sometimes forget to mute the mic when gaming until I notice that it's picking up my speakers. But those are minor things. This is a mic with plenty of bells and whistles for the price tag and it amps up the fun level if you ever need to voice chat.
