I recently started using this. I took 1 serving which is 5 pills. Later in the day, gave me stomach cramps. I did drink water before. So, now I am taking 2 in the morning, 2 in late afternoon and 1 at night and no issues. May have to build up to 5 at a time. So far so good! Ladies, like myself, is important to promote muscle growth and stamina at the gym.

Usually I take powder creatine, but when I don’t have time to measure that out and mix it and drink it, I’ll just grab these and take them on the go. The pills are great to have to keep you on track if you’re trying to take creatine every day (which you should) because they’re so easy. Just setting these beside your daily multivitamin or toothbrush or something will reinforce the daily habit of taking them. So yeah definitely recommend getting these, even if you’re used to the powder!

These pills are absolutely massive. That's really all there is to be said. I kind of wish I got powdered form.

I think I’m on my 5th or 6th order. I buy these for my husband and he says they work great. No stomach issues, easy to swallow and has no odd texture or taste. He said that if you don’t want to use the pill you can open it up and pour it in your drink.

I don’t like to buy lot of food supplements but do buy most essential supplements that impacts my muscle mass and growth. These pills are helping me gain muscle mass and I feel stronger in the gym. I started procrastinating during break from pendamic but this product is encouraging me To get back to gym 5 days a week. It is working like it said. I only recommend product that works for me. Results may vary but you will see it in 4 weeks.
