Wargamers basing Tub of x455 mixed Tufts, Self Adhesive Static Grass

🌿 This tub of grass tufts represents great value compared with buying individual sheets of grass. Inside the tub, there are five different styles of vegetation, ranging from lush green to parched desert. One of the sheets simulates small green bushes with leaves on them, but otherwise the rest are grassy. As scale items, the grass is quite long, but it can be trimmed down to suit if required. I just left mine "as is," and I thought that they looked great.🌿 Each tuft is sticky backed, and the glue is quite sticky. However, I opted to add a few dabs of superglue because the grass was being glued onto flakes of stone and I needed them to be very secure. The tufts can be joined together to form a larger patch, but they can also be cut in half or into quarters for smaller tufts. Since each is circular, cutting them up may require further trimming to form them into a realistic shape. The bushes are the trickiest to use, as they are all stuck together on the sheet. They are similar to the parched tufts, but have, I presume, been sprayed with glue during manufacture before the green flock is sprinkled on top. Once the glue dries, they are a bit stuck to each other, but they can be teased apart and do look effective.🌿 I have shown a few examples added to some miniature figures that are being worked on to show you the effect that can be achieved with very little effort. I really liked using them, and they are recommended. ✔️

Using for my art GCSE course, they are amazing, the ones with more foliage are a little tricky to separate but I just use scissors to cut the quantities I need. They are amazing for detail work and I will definitely be buying again!

Added a couple to my Tyranids bases and it really added the missing element to my bases. Great variety and amount, happy will buy more if i ever run out.
