TheraBand high-quality products that serve both me and my patients well. The non-latex is a nice option. You could try to buy a cheaper band and see how long it lasts....or you can go with the best. It's like buying a Toyota vs Daewoo, one may be more expensive but you'll thank yourself long-term

greatest exercise tool
Had therapy using this product and now I use it every day - It is EXCELLENT to travel with a length of this. Keeps my muscles strong, especially the shoulder and arms. Make a loop and use a length on the airplane for circulation.

Good quality
Theraband is the gold standard in rehab supplies. Use this for my group exercise classes. Works great in about 30” sections.

Not medium resistance
I've gone through a lot of bands and this is not medium, more like light. Have to double it up to get enough resistance. Go at least one resistance level higher than you expect. It is very convenient though.

Similar in function to original latex TheraBand
Although different in design as well as material, this non-latex TheraBand product does appear to function similarly to the latex product in resistance exercises. This non-latex band appears thicker, has a less shiny appearance, is less translucent, has negligible odor, and is narrower (~10 cm) compared to the latex product (~13 cm). Although TheraBand recommends 5-foot (60-inch) lengths for most uses, two latex bands received in a TheraBand kit were 63 and 65 inches. Cutting this 25-yard bulk product to 64-inch lengths should provide 14 bands.
