Excellent - like new
Overall, excellent. No complaints. I ordered a MacBook Air M1, and it arrived exactly as described. No significant cosmetic issues worth mentioning. Battery health stands at 95% capacity, which is completely reasonable for a refurbished device.

Extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to purchase other items from the Amazon renewed store.
The laptop arrived exactly as described, excellent value for the money. The design is great and is well built. I had everything set up on it very easily in a matter of a few hours and it mirrored with my I phone perfectly.

Worst/damaged/defective product,
They send me a laptop after a week and that was damaged. The screen had a clear visible multiple line which will only expand over time thereby becoming completely useless. I asked for a replacement and after a week of returned laptop delivered to them, they responded saying that they are out of stock and would issue a refund. This is the worst experience i had in amazon. Please please dont buy from this seller.

Worth the price!
Giving it 4 stars! Only because of it does have minor dents and scratches and some sticky spots in the keyboard but I just ended up cleaning it up. Everything works fine, I would definitely buy from this seller again. I bought this MacBook for nursing school and I love it, definitely worth the price. When I opened it up the MacBook turned on instantly and I was able to set up everything just fine. :)

Great little laptop
First of all I’m a windows guy. I’ve used Lenovos, Dell, HP etc.My most recent laptop was an old Dell Latitude and while it still works like all my laptops, it began to bog down, getting slower and slower with each passing year.I wanted something light, fast and something that won’t slow down over time.I decided to try an Apple Air to see what the great reviews were all about. I wanted 16 gb on the board and the ability to surf the web, do work related word processing etc. , nothing ridiculously labor intensive and the Air seemed to fit the bill. One thing I discovered quickly though is they aren't cheap. I decided since I’m just a rookie with an Apple I should consider a refurbished laptop. My Air was delivered quickly and at just over 700 bucks not crazy expensive. Buying a refurb is always chancy. I was very concerned but my laptop arrived in perfect condition with no scratches or marks whatsoever. It booted up immediately and even though it was an M1/chip it was crazy fast. Buying 2020 technology was kind of scary since it could be outdated but YouTube reviews were all accurate in saying that the M1 chip is still a great buy.I will say there is a learning curve going from Windows to Apple but every day I get more proficient.I saved over 400 bucks buying a refurbished unit and gained a great little laptop.

Stunning bargain with just a little bit of luck.
I used an exact replica of this model (just an 8GB/25GB unit) for two years for remote work. It might have crashed twice in that entire time, even with hundreds of browser tabs at a time (most apps were cloud-based). With that experience in mind, I think a 16/256 configuration M1 MacBook Air is more than sufficient for most tasks a user is going to need this for. I seriously lucked out with this machine; getting the maximum 16GB RAM for it adds a performance boost that you don't get from the stock configuration. Of course, the space isn't enough if you want to use Adobe Creative Suite or big collections of Microsoft Office 365, but I have used those apps on M1 Macs before and the computing power is more than sufficient by itself. I have an external M.2 SSD that I plan to use for external storage.I was fortunate enough to get one in pristine condition with MacOS Sequoia 15.0 installed, with 3 months of AppleCare+ (this really surprised me). Look for this when you get yours! I've already fully updated the software. External and internal condition was virtually mint condition - no screen issues at all, no scratches or dings anywhere on the body, no keyboard issues at all. I definitely did not expect this. Luck of the draw. It's perfect for what I intend for its use. For the price I got ($480!), so long as you get a good unit, it's unbeatable. Who needs a Chromebook? Easy choice for me. Sure, I'd like MagSafe and more ports, but man this thing is sweet.
