great replacement for the previous breeseair which was same size but less capacity. It lasted 21 years so we stayed with breezeair. also made the installation quite easy.

...then stopped working...clanking sound...burning smell...tripped a dedicated breaker...sent back to company...$725 for repair...plus shipping and 30 day warranty...$995 to replace...free shipping and standard warranty...when it worked it worked well but the repair costs were prohibitive meaning I would have purchased a new unit anyway...decided to try a different brand.

I have owned 2 of these units. They break down after 16 months. You will have to replace the fan every 12 months and the compressor every 2 years. None will be under warranty. Their service dept is very unsympathetic and will not cut you any slack. I am an idiot for buying the second one which now needs a new fan and compressor after 16 months.

It purchased one of these around 8-9 years ago (old WVK 3000) and have not had one problem in all that time. No digital read out, just a screw to turn! Set it and forget it! W/ an exhaust room, it keeps the small cellar at a constant 58. Will definitely purchase one if this one gives up on me. Much better value than other units of the same size.
