Purchased several of these and found they were breaking in the top corner, called the company, call returned within minutes and they sent replacements within days for the broken ones. Very good company to deal with

I hoped these came with the original product i purchased for but its an amazing replacement. Bigger size to hold any phone. Easy to use to hold your phone. Grips your phone. Its appearance is nice. Just black. Good performance and Versatility. Its lasted me a long time. And stopped my phone from flying.

Ram X-grip. Held phone in place. Correct replacement. Great value.

Only reason for the 4 star review is my own fault. I'm quite heavy handed and need to learn that not everything is indestructible. I've torn these several times. i wish they were just a bit more rugged. Good thing is that I can keep reordering them!

This product is good to a point one of the things I didn’t like is that the robbery is extremely hard is not very elastic. It’s very very hard to stretch to put it on on the corners of your phone however, I managed to do that a couple times after my first bicycle, ride 30 miles on the road I tried to remove my phone and one of the rubber corners just snapped torn. The concept is awesome. It just the material that they use is extremely cheap. I don’t know if a replacement is convenient at this point.

The vanes on this tether are nearly twice as wide than the one that came stock with my mount. They are stronger and can stretch a bit more. I think the original tether may have broke worn out from being over stretched to fit around my phone and the protective case. These replacements should last longer.

Zero stars!!!! Garbage!!! I had one of these break not too long ago, ordered another one recently, used it once and the next time I went to use it, it broke. I won't waste anymore money on Ram products.

Purchased to go with my x-grip. This one is a larger size to accommodate large phones. My Samsung A52 fits in there nicely but it also fits the smaller tether that came with my x-grip so just check it is suitable if your device is on the smaller side. I've heard reports that the tethers are susceptible to tearing after time though if you are not too heavy handed, they should hold up fine and aren't too expensive to replace. The tether goes over the phone corners relatively easily and I have no issues accessing the screen when it is in place. Though I believe the x-grip is sufficient without a tether, for the extra security it's a worthwhile investment for the cost.
