buyer beware
Let me start by telling you the paperwork in the box explicetly states not to use these tools to break loose fasteners .... it was shipped very well, packaged nicely, and looks stout, BUT the tool itself is just a paperweight to me. The very first time i used the 13mm i broke literally every tooth in the ratchet. I did not use a cheater bar hammer or anything else. Now for a nearly foot long ratcheting wrench wouldnt you think you could break loose a bolt? Especially when you pay quality tool prices for less than quality tools.. These tools may be what you are looking for. But in my profession having tools you can trust is important. For me this isnt that tool

The best ratcheting wrench set I've ever owned.
These are great and definitely worth the money. I have not stripped a head with one yet, and use them all the time. When I worked in automotive there were tons of guys who had these or the mountains. They're great for alignments or anything that you need a long wrench that can fit in a tight spot and give good leverage. They sell these things on tool trucks for more than you're paying here, so I think it's a deal. Who knows, your local tool truck guy might even warranty them for you if he's cool enough. The only issue I've had is one of the detents on the flex head is weak. I could warranty it, but it holds the head in place as long as i don't put a ton of force on the head. These are for turning fasteners after all, not pushing/pulling things.

wrench failed after two weeks -- company will not answer the phone
Have had EZRED wrenches for years and had good service. This set of wrenches is two weeks old and one of the locking devices for the flex head has already failed. Tried to call the company and got a recording. Defective wrench and poor customer service.

great concept but
EZ-Red tools are the most disappointing of all the brands that offer this specific style and configuration. However, my customers request these for their low cost. I think EZRED could step up the quality. concept is great, my technicians need these - but failure is excessive - in my opinion.

The locking head mechanism is a very big disappointment.
The wrench broke the 1st time I went to use it, and that occurred before I even put on a bolt. The previous design with superior to this one.
