My daughter has thicker, curlier hair, that ALWAYS seems to be a mess to brush out. My sister recommended this brush, and it has definitely been worth the purchase.It obviously works best on wet hair straight out of the bath, but I've also noticed my daughter doesn't mind using it in the mornings when her hair is dry. It is gentle enough for a 5-year-old to use on themselves without causing issues and gets the hair nicely brushed. The size is perfect for her to hold, and she can manage with it perfectly well on her own.In fact, it worked so well for her that we got one for her sister as well and she's having the same experience. 👑 SUITABLE FOR MANY HAIR TYPES ❤️For the purposes of being clear about the demographic I'm representing in this review, I am a 35-year-old White woman with color-treated, shoulder length, medium thickness, naturally loosely wavy 2A/2B hair depending on how recently I've lightened it. The roommate who recommended the product to me is a 30-year-old mixed race man (Black & Brazilian), with untreated, 3C/4A type hair and I have no idea how long it is because he doesn't straighten it - LOL.👑 LESS BREAKAGE, SHEDDING, DAMAGE ❤️I wish I would have thought to take a picture of the hair breakage from my old brush compared to this one, but I didn't expect the difference to be so dramatic. I shed a LOT of hair and I'm constantly trimming split ends. It didn't occur to me to blame my hairbrush until my roommate recommended I switch to this type of product. The difference was evident from the first use - no snagging, no yanking, no shorter strands being broken off, and about 1/4 of the amount of hair left in the brush - it's awesome.👑 WET/DRY FRIENDLY & EASY TO CLEAN ❤️I will say it's tricky to hold at first, but your hand learns the best position the more you use it. I've used it wet and dry, It's easy to clean, dries quickly to prevent bacteria, and can be sanitized without damage. Overall, pretty friggin' great.👑 CoNcLuSiOn ❤️Would recommend to anyone on the spectrum between naturally pin straight 1A hair, up to people with tighter 4A curls like my roommate's. I'm not prepared to say this brush would work effectively for people with dense or short 4C curls because the bristles do have a lot of give and might not be strong enough to glide through. 😥 But obviously I have no way to know for sure, so trust your good judgment!👌🏻

I don't usually like to buy cheap plastic stuff, and this brush is that - not gonna lie. Lots of reviews complaining about the peeling, etc., and I believe them. BUT if you can ignore that, I think that this is a great find. Sure, it can detangle, but I use R+Co products and don't leave the shower with tangles (dry hair that's been windblown - whole other nightmare lol). So this brush wasn't for that.I decided to try this for blow-drying prowess. I have 2B hair that can go to 2C or 3A underneath. It's thick but fine, and it's extremely sensitive to humidity (think scary in a bad way). But before I could even get to the blow-dry test, I found the only thing it needs to do for me: Fluff my hair.This can take my hair from flat-ish to super fluffy in seconds when I just brush backwards with this. No need to tease (which is terrible for hair). Nope, brush gently backwards, almost just lifting but with a little brush action, do it in sections, and it aerates beautifully. I recommend spraying a little R+Co Balloon to hold it (Trophy would probably work well, too) .And there you have it. Easy no fuss fluffed big hair. I have no other styling products in today, so it's definitely this brush that brought the Big Hair. $9.99 and go to go? I'm sold.

I have several detangling brushes & bought these to stick in my suitcase. I like the size & shape of these brushes. However, the bristles are softer than others I’ve tried so they might not be the best option for someone with very thick or curly hair. Still, a very nice product and excellent service from Seller.

This brush works great. Combing my two year old daughter's curly hair has always been a nightmare. This brush get the job done quickly and easily. I highly recommend. I can't brush my hair without it becoming really frizzy. I can brush my hair and not have frizz. My only complaint is the handle it's not long enough and is slick especially with product. I just wash and dry hands before brushing with no issues.

Disappointed with this purchase. Not that there is anything wrong with the product itself, it just doesn't work well on my hair type I guess? I have very thick long hair that dries wavy naturally or somewhat curly if I put my moroccanoil products in. I occasionally use my l'ange blowdryer brush to dry it if I wanna have a straight-hair day. I usually only brush my hair when its wet unless I'm having a straight hair day. I also usually just use a paddle brush cause that's what I have found to work best for me for detangling. The comb and brush are both pretty and look like the photo, but the brush just doesn't work well for me for detangling.

El color y diseño del cepillo es muy bonito. Sus cerdas son suaves y es muy fácil desenredar el cabello. Otros cepillos me lo dejaban seco y pesado, pero este es una maravilla, casi no te arranca cabello, ni te hace frizz. Lo recomiendo mucho, no se van a arrepentir de su compra.

As someone who is trying to grow my hair long, I have struggled with my current brush I got with my blow dryer many years ago. It tends to snag and damage my hair. After doing research and many suggestions on this wide tooth comb and wet brush. I literally said “holy ****” when I combed my hair! I didn’t snag my fine hair at all, and is honestly my favourite hair comb/brush set! I was a little bummed the pink/orange ombré set was sold out, but I am content with the black. Highly recommend!!
