I quit using them because I had difficulty hearing after removing them after one evening. Not sure if it’s the loudness or what but not for me. Gave them away.

There are four volume level settings but for me, even the lowest volume level is too loud!I thought these would be helpful hearing my church choir director's instructions however, when the choir is singing, even the lowest volume is so loud that I must turn them off because they are equal to standing in front of the speakers at a Rock Concert! If 80 decimals of sound can damage your ears in twenty minutes, I'd say these are about 100 decimals when singing in the choir! (About the volume of standing next to a jet airplane... and that's on the lowest volume level! I suppose they'd work well for listening to the radio or TV ( where you can adjust the radio/ TV volume level to your liking). Taking a stroll through the woods would be okay for listening to Nature's sounds but even your footsteps crunching on autumn's fallen leaves sounds like your a 50 foot giant!

Pros: I was amazed at all the sounds I don't hear. These pick up sound wonderfully. They don't look like hearing aids. Look more like wireless earpods. The wireless charging case is amazingly handy.Cons: There is occasional feedback. The lowest setting is still a little too loud imo. There is a significant amount of static/white noise. These aren't super helpful if you have a dishwasher or bathroom fan running b/c that's about all you'll hear. The charging cord is only like 6 inches long and that's a pain. But overall would definitely recommend especially for older people on a budget.

I had previously purchased an Ear Glow hearing device but could never get it to work. I thought I would give these a try. I lost some hearing from infections in my right ear. I charged them up overnight and used only the right one. I am amazed at how quickly I could hear everything! One touch to turn on, one touch to adjust the volume and I could hear 💯 percent better. Don’t need the left one but I can actually hear things I couldn’t hear before! Comfortable to wear and comes with it’s own charger! The best part is that it has reduced my tinnitus!

A great help when watching tv or at the movies. The background noise can be a bit loud though. Worth the money in my opinion.

I have tried many of types of of hearing aids. Most lasted maybe one day and the batteries would go dead or I couldn't get them to fit in my ears. These are self charging and they work great plus they fit in my ear. Don't bother messing around with the cheaper versions trust me. Buy these yeah a bit more expensive but not much and you will be very happy with them. They are worth every dollar they charge for them and if you don't like them Amazon will refund you for them once you send them back but you will not be sending them back. You will love them.

The one drawback I have is that it doesn't stay in my ear it falls out easily.

Hi I have slightly hearing loss so I bought this SAWYER DOCTOR HEARING but after wearing few hours I noticed it amplified all kind of sound and that is making me more confused to listen and understand.. one more thing high pitched sound is too loud for my ear and low pitched sound is so weak from this device so if you working as cashier this device isn't for you coz all time you hear sharp and high pitched sound of coins and that will make you mrore deaf
