This product is worth the money, its great quality. I'm a massage therapist and this gives me so much relief in such short time. Easy to use, leaning onto walls putting into shoulders, around scapula and in my hips and around my glues, it's like heaven! Great size, can take it anywhere, works wonders,

I have the large Orb product which is beyond fantastic at releasing tight muscles and myofascial tissue, but sometimes was too large for certain neck and shoulder areas. This is size is perfect for doing those areas, and is also a bit more grippy which is nice since usually I work these areas pressed up against a wall. Strongly recommend this small or the large Orb products.

I found it way better than any tennis/golf ball, and my foam rollers are in the past, I love how deep it goes into the tissue, and for a heavy lifter that is key.

I bought this to massage the underside of my foot. It's a good size for that, and its firm enough to give a deep massage (unlike tennis balls that eventually lose firmness).
