This tool works great on my tendonitis issues. I have tennis elbow problems from lifting and repetitive overuse of my arms. I went to PT for this and the PT would incorporate using this tool with massage cream. It works amazing to relieve the pain when I use this tool. It's well made, sturdy, easy to hold and it comes ins a nice little sturdy pouch to protect it from getting damaged.

Liked the quality of the stainless steel.

It is a fine tool, similar to the one used by my physical therapist a while back.

Never got product and did not get refund. Looks nice online tho 😅
