Perfect for misophonia. I have severe misophonia - gum chewing, eating sounds, bass from music, it all makes me wanna rip out my hair but these give me such peace. Especially at night because my neighbors wanna be cray cray all the night but these help me so I don’t also go cray cray! Highly recommend and good price too

I absolutely love these. I work overnights and also travel quite a bit and having something that is comfortable and fits well is important. I have been using these for the last 2 years and still love them.

I bought these earplugs in the year 2022. I’m someone who can’t go to sleep unless the room is completely dark and completely quiet. As someone whose living conditions have rapidly changed in the past two years, from a bustling family home to a car to couch surfing to a place of my own, I’ve tested these plugs in various environments. They get the job done, muffling enough noise for me to slip into sleep; this doesn’t come without problems, though.1- These plugs do not come with a case. They only come in a cardboard box. I brought a small case separately to make carrying them easier and losing them less likely.2- You are given earplugs of two sizes, if it hurts to wear size-down logic. That is helpful but can be difficult if you are someone who has a precise ear size. If that is the case, I recommend you find earplugs like loops, which you can choose from various tips and not something preset.3- The plugs do and will fall out if you are a rough sleeper like me. Thankfully, this isn’t too much of an issue as I am also a deep sleeper, meaning that any noises made once I fall asleep aren’t a bother. Still, many people who are rough sleepers tend to be light sleepers, so if staying in your ear is important, then I would not recommend it.I have not upgraded my earplugs as of yet cause I operate on the principle of using an item until it breaks before I buy a new one. Despite the issues, these earplugs are small and discreet; in my opinion, they shine when used in social settings such as malls or busy festivals. They are also made of rubbery silicone, which means if they accidentally end up in the washer, which I’ve done many times, there is no damage, and they can be rinsed and used again. This is not noise canceling; this is for noise reduction, and I’d say it does just that.

It helps muffle certain sounds, but they fall out throughout the evening, which woke me up. I would wake up looking for a lost ear plug, not to be found until the next morning. Also, if you have multiple ear piercings, I wouldn’t recommend these. They got twisted, and won’t me up. These are not for someone looking to sleep with a partner that snores.

These are nice little earplugs and quite comfortable, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. They seem adequate for ear protection while mowing the lawn. (Haven't tried them while operating the circular saw yet.) However, I bought them with the hope that they would substantially reduce the noise level of high-pitched yapping from dogs that I have to pass by while walking my dog. To that end, they did basically nothing. I'll keep using my noise cancelling earbuds, which are a little better for that purpose.

These are superior earplugs. I’ve tried a long list of others, and none come even close to these in cutting noise.

The best earplugs for sleeping that I have ever used. Comfortable and superb noise reduction. I bought a second set as a backup in case I misplaced my first set. Much better than the foam ones and don't irritate the inner ear channel.
