If you have high iron or zinc this is for you

I was very relieved to find this. Minerals are a problem for me. If I take too many, especially selenium and potassium, I start getting muscle twitching. The neurologist told me this was an indication of toxicity. She said it was dangerous. Also my blood iron levels tend to be high. My midwife told me immediately after childbirth not to take iron supplements. I do need to take a calcium and mineral complex, but that has specific minerals directed to calcium absorption. I need to focus on just exactly those minerals, and no other minerals. Therefore I prefer to take that separately. You used to be able to get vitamins without minerals in ordinary drug stores, but now they are all in chewable gummy format. I don't want to eat all that sweetener and candy. The old vitamins, though, were smaller and had a slippery casing. These are larger and harder to swallow. They're more of a classic tablet. Still, they are not the hardest pill to swallow that I've ever taken. I think it would be better if they were elongated, rather than round.

I really like these multivitamins I’ve been using them for like about 15 days now and I have severe low B12 and I get ulcers in my mouth all the time because of that and now that I’ve been using this I feel so much better, but I suggest taking this during lunchtime instead of dinner before sleep because it gives you a acidity if you have a weak stomach lining

Needed a vitamin for my husband, which had no calcium. Was important to not add calcium in his vitamins. Harder to find than you might think. This does the trick. Thank you.

Nowadays, it's getting more and more difficult to find ANY vitamins that don't come with a bunch of minerals added, and often at levels above 100% as if "more" is always better. For me, that level of added minerals fuels anxiousness. So, this is the PERFECT option. I have been, and expect to continue to be a repeat customer of this product for that specific reason, along with the fact that it's getting almost impossible to find no-minerals-added vitamins in stores. AMAZON is the perfect source for my daily vitamin needs.
