How lovely this item look son my kitchen counter
Is not only that it works as described, but this is a mixer which makes your kitchen counter look so good!I love Ariete, I m looking to buy other items from this brand.

Wattage as advertised in Amazon appears to be wrong!- Updated review
Amazon sells the unit with 1600/ 3200 (locked motor) Watt which is the same as on the Ariete webpage. The box mentions 700 Watt and approx. 2000 (locked motor). The sticker on the unit mentions 700 Watt as well. It appears that the unit has much less operational power than advertised, namely only 700W vs 1600W as advertised. Be aware of this! I will try the unit and decide than to return or keep.Update: In the meantime, I have prepared more than 15 batches of pizza dough with hydration levels between 60 and 70%, up to 1.3kg per batch and have to say that the mixer never struggles to knead it properly! Good product!

Lasted a year with light use
It was good for what I paid that time. Unfortunately it started malfunctioning 6 months in. The knob got stuck, I wasn't able to turn it on or off easily (it literally needed brute force), but I kept using it regardless for a few months more. But when the electricity started to go crazy, and sparks lit whenever I turned it on, I knew I had to get rid of it.
