I am so pleased to have found this extraordinary adult coloring book with a difference. No only is it beautiful, it is helpful in that it is a very concise instructional manual explaining background of the ancient shapes in sacred geometry. Whether you choose to use the illustrations for relaxation or meditation, you can ponder the mysteries of the universe just as the ancients did.

The patterns in this book are fantastic! Each pattern comes with an explanation as to what it represents. I have done quite a few of the patterns and I am totally hooked! This is such a relaxing adult coloring book. When I am coloring it helps me focus and takes my mind off all my other problems. I highly highly recommend this book!!

the pages are designed so that the coloring page is on the right and a brief descrition of the design is placed on the left page. This ensures the colored designs don't bleed into themselves, because there is only one side of the page that is colored. Unlike most color books of sacred geometry, the designs extend to the edges of the pages, they are not limited to mandala-like designs.

Love this adult coloring book! Not only are the patterned designs beautiful and varied, the book has the additional bonus of containing interesting information about the meanings of the designs. Love to relax and learn at the same time!

I wish the pages had been numbered.And I wish the author had used descriptions that would have been easier for more ordinary people to understand.
