My husband only uses these filters. So I got him more for Christmas. He says they work very well, are a great quality and a good value for the money.

I use these in my IM 25g Lagoon and they fit great. They are a little stiff at first but once you get them in the tank they will fit better. They do get clogged up in about a week or so. As far as cleaning they are not that bad I use the water hose with a pressure attachment to push all the stuff out and them let them air dry.

Work great. Hard to turn inside out to clean because they are so small.

These socks do not hold up fabric weakens after one use and worse after attempts to rinse and clean and reuse. These are by for the worst filters for my NUVO

Excellent quality. I ordered the wrong size for my size tank and had to return it.

I have 2 aquariums, a 20 gallon Innovative Marine anemone aquarium (came with 2 filter socks) and a 125 gallon saltwater aquarium and I always wash the filter socks together. The Innovative Marine ones were more expensive and these Encompass ones looked like they were of good quality. Boy was I wrong! I should have spent the extra money and bought more IM ones because these Encompass filters are garbage. Look at the pictures as proof. Look at what happened after washing the Encompass filter socks the 3rd time. The one on the left is this POS and the one in the right is my Innovative Marine one... mind you I had the IM ones for months and they have been washed over 20x. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY like I did and just pay the extra amount for a better quality filter sock.

these filters seem / look / act/ like my oem filters for my IM peninsula 20 tank. at this inexpensive price I'm not going to try and clean these, but just replace/order more. I like them.
