Worked good for a little while did pop up part. I tightened.

I like the idea and I can make it work, but I wish the clip didn’t separate. I can’t attack it behind me without it coming apart. It could be sturdier.

It fell apart and didn't stay tightened. Do yourself a favor and don't bother buying this.

I rarely write reviews but I am just so impressed with this little gadget, I felt compelled. I lost a substantial amount of weight recently and I am continuing to lose. My bra band size certainly went down, but the volume of my breasts stayed the same. As a result, my cup size has gone from DD to H. That size warrants special ordering online and I am not ready to spend $70+ on a garment that won't fit in a few months. The Rixie Clip is the perfect solution to get more wear out of my bras. I will say that the gripper is a bit harsh on lace bands, but considering this is a temporary fix until my weight has stabilized, I am more than okay with that.

I had high hopes for this product. I always buy bras with the smallest band size available in store, but the band is still usually too big. In theory, this product would fix my problem; however, the grip slid out of place within 10 minutes, tearing up my bra as it went. In addition, the metal bar was extremely uncomfortable on my back. There was an insert in the package explaining different methods of keeping the grip in place, such as doubling up the fabric or taking it apart and putting it on the other side of the strap, which tells me that many people have had this problem. I am not interested in trying all these complicated things to make it work; I wanted a product that would work easily. This is not it.

As a few others have noted, the little "grippy" teeth do a poor job of holding the clip in place. I tried this out on my favorite every-day bra (Panache Tango), but the clip would only "settle" into place over the original hooks, which totally defeats the purpose. I even tried folding the excess fabric into the clip as noted on the instructions, but it simply would not stay in place.

So uncomfortable! I found the bar of metal dug into my back and the fabric to be itchy. However, it DID work and my skin is notoriously sensitive, so I would still likely recommend this to a friend.
