There should be a Word of warning as soon as you open the box that the pillows are delivered in.The 2 King size pillows I ordered came rolled up and inserted in a My pillow plastic bag tightly compressed. When I saw the pillows, I thought how in the world are these King size pillows going to fluff up, since they were tightly folded in a roll. When the pillows came out of the bag that were totally deflated, and seemed like the stuffing was only filled on one side of the pillow. They were flat like some on the pics I've seen in some of the reviews, and I was thinking of returning.Just when I was going to return, I remembered I had bought a previous My pillow in a store that came in a box that were fluffed out, but it did have instructions to place the pillow in the dryer for about 30 minutes to get maximum fluffness.We I put the pillows in the dryer, they both came out perfectly full of fluff and extremely comfortable, and the nice thing they are machine washable, and the pillows didn't deflate. Have had the pillows for 3 weeks now and are amazingly comfortable.So before you send your pillows back, be sure and put them in the dryer to see what happens. Great pillow, very comfortable and you can adjust the pillow as needed for your sleep pattern. Would buy again!

I have always been a light sleeper and on top of that, I have degenerative disc disease throughout my spine starting at my beck all the way down to my low back. I have tried many, many pillows over the years and about 8 years ago, "My Pillow" was being sold on one of the shopping networks and it was much lower in price than if I went to the website directly. After watching all of the hosts rave about it and knowing I could sleep on it for 30 days and return if I was not happy, I gave in and bought it. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and put the pillow in the dryer for at least 15 minutes when you first get it. I saw a review of someone complaining it's the flattest pillow they every slept on. It looks like they just took it out of the roll (yes it comes rolled up) and took the picture to complain. If you follow the instructions and put in the dryer, you will be amazed at what you end up taking out of the dryer. A fluffy pillow that is as firm as you want - depending on which "fill" you choose to buy. Over the years I've told so many people about "My Pillow" because after trying foam, gel, and all sorts of support pillows, this is by far the best pillow. I finally get a good comfortable night's sleep. I must have a dozen in my house because I keep them on every bed (4 on my King size bed) and in my guest rooms. I even got my dad into the "My Pillow." He was as skeptical as I was 8 years ago and he got his, put it in the dryer and called me the next day to tell me what a great night sleep he got. It is now over a year later and he's just as happy. And you can wash these pillows and when you put them in the dryer, they fluff back to the firmness they were when you first received them. If you're like me and you get up several times during the night and/or switch positions during the night, you might have to re-fluff the pillow. Big deal. To all the reviewers saying it's flat and they have to re-fluff - is there really any pillow that stays comfortable all night long if you move around a lot? These are NOT flat pillows. If you are new to them, yes the first few nights might feel strange because of the fill but if you're like me and tried everything else, don't try an imitator - get these. I bought from the website directly after the shopping networks stopped selling them and with the discount I still paid for shipping so getting 2 from Amazon for the same price as from the direct website is great if you're a prime member because no shipping cost and you get it within 2 days tops. Try it. If you don't like it send it back.

I’m in the healthcare field and have bought every kind of pillow out there. Most of which ended up returned or in the trash can.I tried a basic standard one liked it, so tried the standard queen size in a MEDIUM Fill. It’s perfect support of me and soothes my neck as I sleep. Having degenerative disc problems starting it’s been wonderful for me. Give it a try and mold it to you satisfaction. Plus you have 60 days to send it back if it doesn’t work for you. 😊👍🏻👍🏻

Not comfortable at all. It feels lumpy and feeling large foam chunks in the back of my head while trying to sleep is extremely uncomfortable. Then to top it off it's noisy, you can here the foam shifting together with every movement you make. Not happy and would not recommend.

My husband and I had bought a sleep number bed and purchased their version of the "my pillow". It was triple the price and I never slept very well. I would wake up with migraine headaches and never put two and two together. Finally I said to my husband I want to try the "My Pillow" pillows as they come with a 10 year guarantee. Glad we did! I ordered the white fill in King size for both of us. I now sleep like a baby and NO headaches! My husband said he woke up without a sore neck for the first time in a long time. We both love the pillows and they are so comfortable.**Note** Make sure you follow the directions to put them in the dryer on high heat, it fluffs them right up!
