I have been a cat owner for literally years and years! Never before have I had a cat that had a UTI. Our two year old cat got a very painful and messy UTI. It took my daughter noticing some behavioral differences in him before we realized he was having a serious problem. I'm disabled and on disability, so I'm not able to face a huge vet bill. My daughter and I looked on Amazon to see what natural medicines were out there. We looked at the reviews on each product as well. So we followed that course to get our cat through the weekend. It didn't cure his UTI, but it did seem to help a little. We had to keep him in the bathroom so he would be near his water, food, and litter box. The horrible part was finding red spots on the floor, and in the bath tub, where our cat was urinating, meaning he had blood in his urine. We have two other cat's also, so we would leave them in at night time so they would have easy access to everything and keep our sick cat company as well. By Thursday he was leaving my bed on his own and going to the bathroom where his food, water, and litter box were. Today is Friday, and he's playing, running around, and acting like his normal self. This medicine has saved us from an hour and a half trip one way to the vet, and a huge vet bill. It has cleared up our cat's UTI without antibiotics. I am so very grateful for this medicine! I believe it has saved our cat's life, and saved us a ton of money at the same time. I've also ordered a couple of books on natural remedies for cat's and dog's for future reference. I have an 8 year old large male maine coon cat and he had been having a UTI. I decided to put him on these pills and he immediately stopped having trouble going to the bathroom and returned to normal. The pills ran out and I thought he was cured so I didnt get him anymore of them. Within a month, he got another UTI and had a bunch of crytals in his urine. It was almost a blockage which was a very expensive vet bill. I decided to put him back on these pills again and he hasnt had a problem since. They will definitely be a staple in my cat's diet from here on out. 1 pill per day seems to do the trick even though he wants more of them. The pills are pretty big so if your cat is small you'll need to cut them in half. But my cat has no problem getting them down. This is truly a GREAT product. I'd rather pay $36 bucks a year to get these pills rather than end up with a $500-$600 vet bill down the road.UPDATE - VetsBest has changed these pills somehow, and now my cat will not eat them. The prior bottles had bought all said "Formulated by Dawn Curie Thomas" - but the last batch I bought the bottle did not say that, and I looked on the ingredients and they changed around a few of the inactive ingredients. I believe this change my cat has picked up on with his nose and now he will not eat them. I went to the Vets Best website and they also have this new bottle. It's unfortunate, but I do not think I think buy these anymore since they apparently discontinued the Dawn Curie Thomas version.
