Super Easy Installation, Very Good Quality!
The Voswitch JL400 is a must for anyone looking to add any auxiliary to their JL. It was super easy to install, with clear instructions. It took a couple of hours at most. The result is very satisfying, as it looks OEM. The switch panel is customisable with colour options and dimmable. I recommend connecting the Voswitch to the ignition as it is safer and more practical. The support was excellent with their response in case you needed to ask them something.

I like it. Here is my simplified install instructions. Save ya'll some time
Perfect fit, matches my interior in color and texture. Here's how I fed the wire: Pop off the left handle and dash speaker grill, straighten out a metal coat hanger and feed it down to the floor. Find the 1-1/2" plastic plug above and to the left of your brake pedal and pop it out. drill a hole in it big enough to fit the control wire and nut through and feed it in from the engine area. Bend your coat hanger to pinch the control wire and pull her up to your handle. Drill the same size hold inside of your handle, under the upper cap area. Feed your control wire through and attach the ends. Reassemble your handle and speaker grill, pop in your lower handle cap and your new control panel in the upper spot, making sure your wire isn't pinched under your handle bolts. GOOD TO GO

Easy Peasy
What a fantastic piece! The switch location is perfect and easily accessible as compared to the stock location behind the shifter. It blends into the interior and looks factory. The installation took me about an hour (two hours including installing and wiring my new ditch lights). Easy to follow installation instructions with pictures. There two negatives I do have. One is the length of the lead that goes between the control box and the interior switch is very long. There are two ways to route the lead and I chose the shortest, so I understand why it's long. I guess I could have cut the wire and shortened it, but I didn't want to possibly cause myself any future issues. The excess wire is neatly hidden behind the interior grab handle. The other negative I have are the icons on the interior switch. There is a picture of a light bar, a pair of lights, Aux 1 and Aux 2. I wish there were a way to modify these as I am not running a light bar. That is really a personal issue, but when you look at other switch packs on the market, they have icons that can be changed to meet the needs of each individual user.

Fantastic switch setup for lights
Honestly, like others have said, this should be factory. It is so much more convenient for a driver to reach up and turn on lights from the grab handle than down in the middle console behind the shifter. It did include everything I needed to complete the install and it looks fantastic. Instead of taking down the windshield, I was able to find the pop out between the firewall. I cut straight down the grommet, made a whole big enough for the cable with a drill and slid the cable in the center. I reinstalled the grommet and that was super simple. I then just fished the cable from below the dash and up to the pillar where the switch would connect. The wiring in the engine bay wasn't difficult. I didn't use the crimp on connectors that were provided though. I just stripped back a small amount of bare wire and connected to the terminals.I also did not connect the "key on" wire. I went ahead and just let it wired direct since I need to utilize my lights at times when I don't want the vehicle running. Since it has a power switch with the light switches, it is easy to just turn off and on. Also, since it lights up, that is another indicator that the system is on so I don't forget to turn off the power after use.Overall, a really great system for switches for lights and accessories. This is the way aftermarket switches should be.

Fine product
Product came very well packaged. Instructions well written. Installtion took less than half hour. NOTE: If you have a snorkel on your gladiator you will have to install control box in same location but on drivers side and extend the positive/negative wires

TIP for 4xe install…
This will not work in your 4xe UNLESS you toggle the LVCO switch. Save yourself some trouble and switch it from default position.

Not a lot of info about these out there…
The JL300 model from voswitch is about all you can find info about online. I was going to purchase one of those units until I found this one. I personally didn’t need 6 different switches as I’m only connecting 2 pairs of KC lights, and maybe one other auxiliary in the future. I prefer this one because it’s less flashy and smaller overall.Installation was smooth. Unit installs over the battery. I ran the cable through the firewall where the clutch plug is on automatic JLs. You do have to drill a 20mm hole into your grab handle to run the control wire but it is covered by the switch panel once installed.Overall I really like this product so far. We will see if it stands the test of time, but right now I’m loving it.UPDATE 2/2023Almost a year later and everything is still working great! Still running 2 pairs of lights and added a GMRS radio. I use almost daily, activating my driving lights on the way to work in the countryside at 3 AM. Couldn’t be happier!
