Not waterproof during first rain storm.
First, the good stuff: The lights are cool. The flashlight is easy to control, compared to reviews I saw of other products.The meh: I wish it had more options for color changing on the umbrella part.The bad: During my first rain storm, the tip flooded and leaked into the circuitry. This shorted out the lighting, so I couldn't turn it off. I had to remove the batteries and let it dry (for about a week). After that, the umbrella could turn off again. I haven't had that problem again (but it hasn't rained much since).
