This pot is great better then the saucepan. Can make literally anything in it. Eggs, pasta, tinned food, veg, fryer, would recommend. Good buy excellent delivery .

I love this electric pot, it’s great for home made hotpot and works perfectly! Its a bit of a pain with cleaning since you can’t take it apart and have to be careful of the power socket but other than that it’s perfect!

Tried out straight after washing it out. Put in 500mls of water boiled on full power (550w) took 6 mins to rolling boil. Turned to half power (248w) carried on boiling. Put on keep warm and had to add some cold water to drop temp holds temp well keeps warm between 70 to 75°c.Good size for two of us in motorhome.

I love this item.I use it for boiling eggs,rice,noodles,pasta etc.A lot easier than a pan on the hob.A LOT less steam & bubbling so no cooker fan needed.Easy clean & non stick.

The media could not be loaded. The item doesn't Switch off only at the mains. What ever setting it's on ,it's on fast boil This is the first time I've used it.

First of all, the Pros:*The inner pot is well made and of a very good finish.*This makes it very easy to clean.*The high setting boils up the contents very quickly.Now the Cons:*It is supposed to have THREE settings, but only the 'high' and 'keep warm' settings work properly.*The handle on the lid is not tall enough to avoid the occasional scalding of the hand by the steam emitted from the outlet on this lid.*The lack of a lower setting means that the unalterably high temperature of the contents sometimes boils over - sometimes even when it is only half full.*For the above reasons, it is hard to leave the kitchen while the pot is turned on, because one has to keep switching between the high and the 'keep warm' settings in order to cook things properly and safely.*The included instructions tell you not to fill it below the minimum nor above the maximum marks in the pot. However, there are no such markings present at all!!I have also noticed that, due to its constantly high setting, the pot works better when it is full enough for a meal for two. But I'm sure many customers would like to be able to cook for just one person as well, yet there is no warning in the advertisement details telling you that it really behaves better when it is fuller so may therefore be more suited to a couple, or a single, hungry man than to one woman living alone.

After the first use, the Teflon coating is in place. Heats well, can replace a frying pan. An indispensable thing for a hotel. I recommend!
