We needed a solar light for a dark driveway, and they had to be solar. There seem to be many options out there, but in the end decided on the Tuffenough Solar Outdoor Lights. They are pretty easy to set up and use. There are 3 options as to what the lights actually do. We just chose on and off with motion. We have not tried the other 2, so can't testify as how long the battery would hold up. The brackets are ok, not super strong, but good enough for most situations. The screws are usual Chinese quality, so you want to have some good ones standing by.

There has been a lot of progress in battery-powered motion sensor lights in the last 10 years, the last time I bought one. This one is charged by solar, no alkaline batteries required.This one is brighter than the last one I bought 10 years ago. It is by no means as bright as a hard-wired light with 100+ watt dual bulbs, but it does a remarkably good job of lighting the area.It takes 2 included screws to mount the bracket, then slip the light into the bracket. Simple. The solar panel is built into the light. There is no separate wires solar panel to mount/install.The motion-sensing works from quite a distance away like 25-30 feet. There is an included remote to turn it on and change modes but I doubt I'll ever use it. If it has a range of like 50', the remote might be practical. But it's more like 15' range. The button on the back of the light switches modes and shuts the light off as well. I just don't see the practicality in the remote.My only complaint is that I wish the solar panel and the lights could be rotated left and right instead of only down and up.Overall, this is a very good buy and will meet most people's needs for a security light. Buy the 2 pack.

Pro: The right price, easy to install, bright and decent detection, and a remote for each light (works on all) so you can force the lights to stay on while you are outside with your dog for example.Con:1. The solar panel is very limited in movement and could be a problem for some depending on location of mounting; it was ok for me.2. There are 3 modes and none of them are ideal. Mode one only stays on for 30 seconds unless you are walking in the sensor range, mode 2 is the same but it goes dim after 30 second which is useless, and mode 3 stays on for 4 hours which is excessive. I wanted to be able to stand outside while my dog goes to the bathroom and I end up standing in the dark unless I use the remote to put it in "on" mode. This works but a 5 minute mode would make this a perfect light.

Purchased this for a new storage shed in my yard. They are very easy to install and only took a short time to charge. The light is extremely bright and is perfect for my placement. The motion sensor works great and detects movement on my deck, approximately 25' away. I have not used the remote controls, so I cannot comment on their need or use. My lights have been up approximately 2 1/2 months and work great so far. Very pleased with this inexpensive purchase.

No me han gustado ya que solo al pasar de las personas o autos se prende continuamente y a lo máximo duro de 2 a 2.30 min que realmente no es nada, por esta razón no me han gustado.
