Good price, nice looking
We have a very traditionally styled kitchen and this faucet fits in well. It replaced a shinier, more ornate set installed 15 years ago, but these days everything in stores is modern, so there weren't as many traditional choices as there were back in the early 2000s. This faucet is sleek enough that if we remodeled it would fit well into a more modern-looking kitchen, but it also has enough classic styling that it goes well in our traditionally styled early 2000s kitchen. The Spot Resist finish seems to be working well. We have had trouble with a couple of bathroom faucets becoming permanently spotted, even CLR and Lime Away haven't really helped them, which to me is a mystery as I have had good luck with those cleaners on water spots elsewhere in the house. Thanks to the Spot Resist finish on this faucet, we have no spots so far after having the faucet in about a month, but I will admit I have been trying harder to notice when the faucet is wet and then dry it off. But, there is something to the finish of this faucet that seems to deter spotting so I am very pleased about that. The finish has a soft glow -- it is listed as "stainless steel" but is a little darker and a bit less shiny than my stainless steel sink. It took me awhile to get used to it because the faucet this one replaced was chrome -- so I was used to seeing a bright shiny faucet there. I wouldn't say the finish has no shine but it is not as shiny as traditional stainless steel or the "brushed nickel" finish that has been very popular. It does have a brushed finish with a soft glow, and definitely does have some shine. I think the darker color and less shiny texture are probably due to the spot resistant finish. I would say it is worth it, as the faucet definitely is not spotting so far, and after a week or so my eyes became used to the more subtle look of this faucet compared to the bright chrome one I was used to seeing in that corner of the kitchen. This faucet was a bargain price compared to many we looked at. Our plumber installed it so I cannot comment on installation, but when we asked him before buying the new set, he did recommend that we go with either Moen or Delta for their combination of value, lasting quality and ease of installation. So far this set is working well. The sprayer is actually metal (very lightweight, but actual metal), our last one was plastic painted to look like chrome. The soap dispenser can be filled from the top -- just pull off the top pump piece and refill without having to crawl into the lower cabinet and fumble around in the dark.

This is my 2nd Moen kitchen faucet
OK so this is my second faucet by Moen - meaning I had the almost exact same one that I installed back in 2016. This one lasted almost exactly 7-years. It started leaking water I thought at the base. Took it apart by unscrewing the outer facia base and pulled out the main pipe assembly. I went out to local hardware store and bought several grommets ( different sizes) , as I thought the leak was from the very base where the water pipe fits into the brass base and is sealed by this small black grommet. I kept trying different sizes of grommets and found none worked and water ran out of the top of the facia base where the pipe pivots so it can turn. I started looking closer and examining things, and found the inner pipe inside of the metal facia cover pipe was leaking. As I was handling them both pieces came apart in my had. Not fixable. I think the main water pipe inside the facia pipe ( two pieces) was crimped somehow and not soldered as it should have been at the factory. A cheap design to save on manufacturing costs. This 4-piece(s) - this type of kitchen faucet is no longer available at the big box stores and you have to purchase online. Installation was a breeze as I had already had the same identical product made by Moen back in 2016.Why did I give it 5-stars? I had no problems or issues until 7-years almost to the day it worked perfect. You be the judge.

Sprayer poorly designed
Overall we liked the design and price as a replacement for our existing failed unit. However, the sprayer is poorly designed and will eventually prematurely fail. We got roughly 1.5 years out of our sprayer before it began sticking. It’s all one unit and not serviceable. If you look up the Moen replacement sprayer it is the same poor design with horrible reviews. I just purchased this replacement for one third of the Moen cost, it fits and is so close to the same finish it’s not noticeable.Universal Fit Sink Spray... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BKSK1T24?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Great buy!
I had to replace my 4 hole 14 year old Delta kitchen faucet and Delta no longer makes them, so I bought this one by Moen. I am very impressed with it. Not only is it much better looking, I could wash my car with the sprayer__so much better!
