It works well, but expensive
Used it for sod worms and it stopped the grass dying. Had some left over and so spread it at an area we were going to barbecue and had far fewer mosquitoes the next day. If I have grass parsdites I might get something cheaper in the future, but earlier.

Turned my St. Augustine Grass yellow withing 5 days after use
I had used the Black Flag Granular version of this product at our home in Indiana with success and thought I'd try this liquid application for our home in Florida. It is important to note that my home in Indiana has a bluegrass lawn and the Florida home has St. Augustine grass.Initially, I purchased two bottles of this same item with a different mechanism to mix the water from the hose with their product. (they have two versions of the applicator/mixer) I had issues with one of them functioning properly and had to move one nozzle to the other bottle and it worked fine. I came up just a little bit short of finishing my lawn, so I went in and ordered this bottle on Amazon with the "Quick Flip" mechanism.Unfortunately, my bottle arrived with the little white knob on the side that my first two bottles had and it didn't work either. It would have been nice to see if the "Quick Flip Mechanism" had functioned. It appears to be on top of the bottle and folds back toward you to activate the flow of product. Since they shipped the wrong bottle and avoid the wait, I pulled my empty bottle out of the trash that had the knob/mechanism that worked and used it. It is not surprising that they re-designed the mechanism. Apparently, the person filling the orders didn't recognize the difference or the change and was just filling the order.With that said, I wish I had waited to order the 3rd bottle. Now my whole lawn has yellowing blades of grass. I bought it mainly to be proactive for treatment for bugs and thought the added bonus of fungus control would be nice. I was shocked to see my lawn substantially yellowing within days of the application. It looked perfect before. My home is in SW Florida.Due to the issues with the applicator not working properly and the yellowing blades of grass, I would not suggest others use this product.

Easy to use in this container
Houston, TX St Augustine. It looks like it did cure the brown patch in the yard.I'll be the worms are all dead or on a long vacation. Same for many bugs.

Removes Mushrooms Too
I read a review that said it removed their mushrooms, which is something I was struggling with. Thought I’d buy and try it because the previous products I bought did not work. As of two weeks the mushrooms haven’t come back. I’m hoping this was the magic fix!

Stopped mixing the spray
Noticed that the volume in the bottle was the same start to finish.……So I just watered the yard

great $ deal for preventative but
kills army worms and mosquitos - great price $13 but no indication this will kill grubs. Same exact ingredients as Immunex at half the price on Amazon. Only covers 2500 sq ft. and this is the second bottle that the spray head cracked
