Never Enough
I cannot get or keep this enough. I love this popcorn. The texture is better than movie theater popcorn. It pops well. I can pop it in a brown paper bag in my microwave with a little oil. The quality is amazing with great crunch. This is different than what you get at standard stores because the pops are much much larger so you don’t need to make much to get a medium size theater bag of popped corn. So much cheaper.Pro: Affordable/ big pop/ great taste/ great for parties or gatherings or just a staycation on the couch.Cons: It doesn’t last as long because it’s too good.Highly recommend 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great value and quality
No leftover kernels, pops in the mushroom shaped advertised, and just plain tasty popcorn with a firm but light texture. I’ll keep buying it, for sure.

NOT MUSHROOM KERNELS!!!
Year after year, I search online for 100% mushroom popcorn kernels and every single purchase is NEVER what it claims to be. Why do sellers ALWAYS mix in butterfly kernels? This $12.99 bottle is by far the worst qualities I’ve ever bought. There’s barely any mushroom popcorn at all. Plus, there’s so much waste than average. If you’re wondering, I pop over the stove in a Lindy’s pot by initially warming up the kernels in oil for at least 30-60 seconds, then turn up the heat to high and let it pop while cranking the handle, and finally turning off the heat when the popping slows down. Immediately empty hot and freshly popped popcorn into an extra large stainless steel mixing bowl while quickly tossing in finely ground sea salt and gently massaging out the hulls and unpopped kernels so they fall to the bottom. Toss repeatedly until most of the hulls and undesirable pieces are removed. I popped half of the bottle which is equal to 2 measuring cups. The yield was poor, but with plentiful waste. This brand is a definite thumbs down pass!

Tasty
Good tasting large mushroom popcorn. Air popped kept it crunchy. If you don't like the kernel husks in between your teeth be prepared to eat one piece at a time after removing them.

Very large and round popcorn with great texture
These are wonderful popping corn. When popped, they are larger and rounder than normal popping corn I used to get at the grocery store. The round dome has an interesting texture that is great for picking up flavors that I add to my popcorn (e.g. cheese powder). This corn does not leave many unpopped kernels, as long as I use the right temperature (quite hot) and keep the pot moving to distribute the heat and avoid burning. I use a cast iron dutch oven to pop my corn with a high temperature oil such as avocado oil.

Thick hulls
The good news first. It tastes like quality popcorn. The bad is the heavy hulls left after popping. The worst is the size of the container; I'll be having a lot of hulls in my future.

Arrived stale?
This product has potential to be 5 stars, but my experience was awful.I received this product and at first glance it was as advertised, HUGE kernels in the overly spherical shape only seen on mushroom popcorn kernels.Upon opening the lid I saw a red flag, no safely seal at all and a sticker on the lid saying “expires:” for a date only 60 days away.I don’t know if it was age or air but the kernels popped poorly with a lot of old maids. The minority that popped correctly were great tasting, huge & round .75 inch diameter, and the corn smells great also.I’d say if 80% of the kernels popped correctly it’d be great value, but instead I’ve got around 20% ratio, the rest being tiny & chewy.

Better than the other brands.
This is the first mushroom popcorn I purchased.I use an air popper. It was good as I had nothing to compare it to, until now.I bought 2 other brands from Amazon.Smaller bags but the price was double on brand A and triple the price on brand U.I was going to write a review on brand U as it popped better than Perfect Pop and brand A popped less, but then I bought another 8 lb container of Perfect Pop and it was a whole lot better than brand U!Here's why I think it was better this time. The use by date was about 1 year out on my first purchase. The second time it was almost 2 years out! These things were popping out of the machine so hard that some would shoot into my container and Pop, tossing out several other popped corn in the process! You can actually hear the difference. Also I noticed more hulls at the bottom of the container. The hulls are thicker than butterfly popcorn, and seem to crunch more and get stuck less in my teeth and gums. There are some butterfly's but I think those are just over popped mushrooms.
