I paid an electrician to install this towel warmer. We tested it first and it warmed up. After installation and hardwiring (vendor says that is fine to do) it turns on but does not heat. My electrician disconnected it and tested all of the wires. Everything test ok. The controller turns on and looks fine but no heat at all. Through Amazon, I contacted the seller with a message explaining the situation and their response was to turn the temperature up. IT DOES NOT WORK NO MATTER WHAT I DO. This is very disappointing. Now I will have to pay the electrician to come back and take it down and I will have holes in my wall. DO NOT BUY THIS TOWEL WARMER. If I get a response from the seller I will update this post. I'm adding to my original review. One week later - for no apparent reason the towel warmer has now started working. I'm still a little skeptical but decided to keep it and hope it continues to work. Also, now that it's working it does get warm to the touch but really just slightly warms the towel. At a max temp of 60C, it could use a few more degrees of heat.

We don't like to leave 'appliances' on all day and waste electricity, It can turn off automatically. When you set the time and temperature, it is a very considerate function! High quality, solid and a nice addition to our bathroom for chilly mornings! Thanks for the product!

After the towel is dried the next day, there is no more musty smellAfter the towels are used up, put them back on the towel rack and let them dry thoroughly. I really like the glass panel of this product, which makes my bathroom look better.

The unit was easy to install and included everything needed for hardwiring and plug-in installation. I like that the switch is located at the bottom of one of the main tubes. Instant heat is very quick
