Just what a dana 30 needs
These gussets make me a lot more confident in my little Dana 30. I am by no means a professional welder. I needed new ball joints, so this was the perfect time to sleeve and gusset the axle. Set the gussets on. Marked the weld areas with a paint pen. Then used a flapper wheel on my grinder and a wire brush on my drill to get the axle tube and c gussets down to bare metal. Burnt them in with a stick welder. Very nice precision fit piece.

Must have for a JK Wrangler
Great product easy to install and the fitment is very precise. Also the thickness of these plates makes these very strong. I'm happy with this product if you own a JK and have a lift and bigger tires this is a must have !
