So glad our Keurig died! Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe w/ larger water tank and cones w/ Aerricino milk frother is a game changer! Love the design! Makes great coffee and espresso quickly! Love the crema! I like that the water tank is large and can be positioned in the back or on either side. Milk frother works well although I rarely use it since I drink my coffee black. I like the automatic open and close and that it disposes the pod for you. Try the Intenso coffee and the Voltesso espresso! Try a scoop of ice cream with a little chocolate syrup in your espresso! It’s heaven! I researched a ton before purchasing! Had it 4 months so far and am satisfied.

I love this! It’s like making my good coffee from Starbucks! It works from ice to hot! It saves me money! I had the foam on top of my ice drink and flavor to my coffee.

Bless our wedding guests, for they bestowed upon us the gift of caffeine-fueled bliss! This Nespresso machine is a marvel of modern engineering. It's like having a personal barista on call, 24/7, who never complains about early mornings or requests for decaf. The pods are surprisingly easy to insert (no more wrestling with temperamental machines!), and the resulting coffee is… well, let's just say it's significantly better than anything I could ever brew myself. My spouse, who previously considered coffee an optional beverage, now wakes up before me, eager to experiment with all the different pod flavors. We've even started hosting 'Nespresso Nights' for our friends, much to their delight (and our caffeine-induced amusement). This machine has truly elevated our coffee game to new heights, and we can't thank our generous guests enough!

I’ve been hesitant to invest in a Nespresso due to the cost and size of many of the machines. I have limited counter space. I caved when I found them on sale after the holidays. The pods are still on the pricy side but I decided to splurge. I definitely enjoy the coffee and the variety of flavors offered. I’m very impressed that you send the pods back for recycling at no cost. I absolutely love the frother. The hardest part is limiting myself to 2 cups a day. Glad I caved.

We have had this machine for less than two weeks and are constantly either getting a blinking red light or a solid red light. I have wasted so many pods trying to get this machine working correctly. I'm going to return it and go back to Keurig, this was a horrible experience and I am sitting on over $150 in pods that I purchased after I bought the machine. Hard pass on this thing. I bought pods directly from Nespresso that were supposed to work with this model machine and they actually get stuck and don't work at all, they just make a mess.

Until recently I had primarily used Keurig Starbucks K-cups for coffee at home. After staying at several European hotels equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, I instantly fell in love with the superior flavor and frothy rich consistency of the coffee it produced. So much so, as soon as I returned home I ordered a VertuoPlus Deluxe model with the optional milk frother, which adds a whole new dimension to coffee making. The main two reasons I selected the VertuoPlus over the newer generation Vertuo Next model was because the Plus has an easy to use motorized pod loading system and a large 60oz water tank. Whereas the Next Deluxe model employs a cumbersome manually operated hand-cranked lid to load pods and it only has a 37.5oz water tank. I also read reviews stating that the Next models were noisier too. To avoid scaling problems in my coffee makers I exclusively use distilled water. I suggest buying only genuine Nespresso coffee pods, as they taste better than Starbucks pods.
