Sage Publications An Introduction to Coaching Skills: A Practical Guide

Thus far, the book has been a great read. However, I am unable to find the access code to get access to the online content.

Nice book but a large part of it links to online videos. I have the code in the book but it doesn't work and customer support at the publishers haven't replied to me on getting that sorted out.

Non è possibile visionare i video usando il codice. Dopo aver reclamato con la casa editrice, ho avuto un altro codice, ma per ogni sezione c è solo un breve video e 4/5 spot pubblicitari uguali dell'autore che illustra il libro. A nulla sono valse le mie proteste scritte. Credetemi, senza video questo libro non è di particolare interesse. Consiglio di valutare proposte editoriali diverse

A good introduction by an experienced coach with content organized in an easy format and accompanied by videos which provide examples of approaches. Good book to provide an initial foundation before moving on to more detailed reading about coaching.

I bought this book because I like learning by watching videos. The book does not contain an access code. There is no way to contact Sage. Bad experience and big disappointment.
