We’ll made product
Our contractor installed this in our rental unit’s shower. It is well made and when installed correctly, very sturdy. I like the textured section, it’s a soft, not scratchy, texturing.

Perfect Assistance!
The grab bar with this angle, is just what I was looking for. It works very well when rising from a seated position in the shower.

Ameriluck Angled Grab bar. Made in China.
This angled grab bar appears to be well-made. It comes with a box of hardware and an instruction sheet. There is a limited one year warranty although I don’t see an address so I guess you would go to the Ameriluck website. They recommend that this be mounted on studs. If you do not have a stud finder, you may want to have a handyman install this. Proper installation is very important since this is a safety item. Appearance is good. A label on the box tells us this is made in China.

Just what was needed.
Grab bar for the shower and matches are other hardware too. Very nice. Our son installed for us as he is in the business for glass and such.

Not well made
I had this all installed in our outdoor shower when I discovered that it was impossible to lock one of the trim rings over the mounting flange. Even though one by chance lined up properly, both ends were drilled off center. The mounting flanges had to be at just the right position for the trim rings to lock on, otherwise they would bind on the grab bar since everything was just a bit off center. By the time I took the bar back down, rotated the flanges as needed and got it back up, I had one of the holes for the nice stainless steel screws I was using stripped out. So, while I eventually got things to work after an hour or so, I now have all stainless hardware except for the one larger plated screw necessitated by stripping the smaller one. I guess it is up, secure and looks nice, it was not the pleasant, easy experience it should have been.
