Some Good Features, Some Not Good Features
Now that I’ve had this device for a month or so, I can make some comments about it.1. I have large hands, and I still find this difficult to hold onto when it’s in the extended mode. The large squared edges make it egonomically uncomfortable to hold when my iphone is weighing down the extended out end.2. The remote button that is removable does work well. The only thing is is it’s so tiny when taken off the tripod that I am always afraid of losing it. It would be good if it was about one inch longer.3. The bracket that holds the camera is adjustable in vertical posiion but not in horizontal position.my arms are on my side, not on my chest. So there’s always going to be a bit of angle it has to be adjusted for in order for the camera came straight out you.So when I’m doing a selfie with it extended out, I can only use it if it’s in vertical mode. Which then in Verticle position, I have to hold my arm way out to the side not to have the shaft in the view of the camera, or in Horizontal position I have contort my arm and put my elbow against my belly button in order to have the camera able to aim squarely at me.I’ve had other tripods and wish I could send this back and get the other. Just held onto this one too long. This is just my honest comments.

Excellent product for the price!
I brought 2 self-sticks to test out before a vacation. The Ambertronix was only $9.99 and the other was $19.99. Both arrived on next day prime, and I was able to test both together. Firstly the Ambertronix feels much more solid, and well built, (the other product feels very generic black plastic). The legs/stand are sturdy and have metal hinges. The phone holder is a nice strong spring clamp, vs the other product which was a screw clamp. The USB rechargeable flash light is a nice feature, and the small Bluetooth remote was quick and easy to setup. I got it connected and taking pictures on my Samsung S20 in under 1 minute without any additional apps or software. The stick feels good when held, with good grip position, almost feels like holding a lightsaber! My only negative is the Bluetooth remote is powered by a CR1620 watch battery rather than being USB rechargeable, like the remote on the other product, which is odd, given that the flash light at the end is USB rechargeable.

A Convenient tool
I have had selfie sticks before but never one with 4 legs. It’s awesome!……..Feels really sturdy with my phone on it. Not worried about the kids knocking it over either (haha). The light on the selfie stick is obviously a huge plus. One of the better looking selfie sticks. Would be nice if it was black instead of white.

All good but somewhat unstable
Performs well, remote works, only nit is that when using as fixed stand holder it is somewhat unstable due to its light weight, so requires careful placement, the overall build quality is good.5-21-2020 used it for over two hours, works great with landscape or portrait orientation. Pairs easily and remote has replaceable coin battery.

Pretty basic but good value
Pretty much does as advertised. I wouldn't really call this a selfie "stick". Selfie sticks are more compact and slender that you can fit in a jacket pocket. It would certainly fit in a small bag or purse, but one would need a fairly big pocket to carry this around. The remote paired well with my phone and another nice plus is the battery is replaceable. The filler light isn't professional quality but is fine for most basic needs like personal video. The legs stay locked until the shaft is partially opened. The phone seemed very sturdy when in place and maneuvers very well without worrying if it would fall out. All in all, it's fine.
