Tarrazú Region, Las Pavas Farm, Aserrí, Costa Rica. Altitude: 5,085ft, Caturra/Catuaí variety. Fully washed - Sun dried process.
Great acidity, sweetness and body balance, with honey and brown sugar aromas, plus a high citric acidity flavor like orange or lemon, and a long and juicy aftertaste.
Las Pavas Micro-lot is located in the farm of the Monge-Garbanzo family, member of the ASOPROAAA Association, recognized with the Cup of Excellence Award in 2009. This coffee is 100% sun dried on open air clay patios or on African beds.
