The bed was delivered to me safely on the given date at my farmhouse in a remote village in Velhe Taluka near Pune.All the screws, nuts, bolts, and an Allen key were included in the package. I had to use my own spanners. Assembly was easy but do note that 2-3 people are needed for assembly and basic knowledge, understanding, and experience in using tools makes the assembly process easier. There is no literature or guidebook/paper that explains the assembly process but as I have a good basic understanding of these things, by looking at all the parts of the bed, I knew what part goes where and how the overall assembly is to be done. I had 2 people help me in the assembly task.The bed is made from hard-wood and hence is very sturdy. Once assembled, it is comfortable to sit on. The cushions and storage compartments in the headrest make it very comfortable and useful for daily use.Overall, it is a good product and I recommend it.

Easy To assemble , Exact size as per images shown , Over the top plywood is of high Quality. The drawer Mechanism is of wheel type , Sliding mechanism would have been better, Overall a nice product

Although we received a damaged headboard and dealt with a lot of heartache, the Seller, TG Furniture, managed to replace the headboard and got the bed fixed with excellent service.Now to the product. The bed is heavy and can withstand a lot of weight. The storage space is huge and the hydraulic lifts makes it easy to open and close. Just make sure that not to rearrange the bed coz it's too heavy to push and pull. It is wiser to dismantle it to move it around. The best part about this bed is the storage in the headboard.I would definitely recommend this bed especially from the seller TG Furniture, as they take responsibility as provide excellent service until the very end.

Bed bed was very nicely packed, the carpenters who came to fit it were very competent and merely took half an hour to fit it. The bed itself is very sturdy and good looking, the finish of wood is also quite nice. All together value for money.

Hello everyone! Here's a review of the item after 6 months of use (Purchase date - July 2023)Note that Furniture appears good as an overall piece but the quality of the item is uncertain.Bed is broken after only 6 months of use (Refer to the photos attached). It is very difficult to understand the 1 year warranty and how to avail that as mentioned in the description.Dear Amazon, not happy with such bad product

Material is good and value for money initially had issue in fitting but after had support of product team through Mr.Ajit Tondle now it is functioning good and have a satisfactory service support.Thanks to Amazon and Ganpathy Team.

Appears good, but installation is ourselves, it is very difficult to fit or to try a carpenter. Fitting screws for head and sides only half inch screws, it is very difficult to fit perfectly and weight is also more

500 kg load bearing capacity, pretreatment against infestations, Hafele hydraulic cylinder with 4 year warranty are some great positives.Mr Himanshu answered our queries satisfactorily and arranged for installation promptly.Mr Ajit Tondle did a great job in installing the bed. We couldn't have done it ourselves. He was quite polite and soft spoken, very skilled and knowledgeable about the product and assured us that he was just a phone call away in case we needed any further assistance.
