I have never taken over 2 I had to build up to the 2 or I got a stomach ache

Q: There are 30 gummies per bottle. Recommended dosage is 2 gummies per day. So one bottle will only last 15 days?......seems pretty expensive to me.

Q: What are the actual ingredients?

All of the ingredients are on the label. They have 10 functional mushrooms and the ones I bought it for are lions mane, reishi, cordyceps, and chaga. They use real sugar which I love because the artificial stuff is bad for your gut and they use pectin instead of gelatin.
