Arrived defective. Had to pay for return shipping on my own dime. Trash business practice.
Making your customer pay for their own return shipping on a defective item is pretty lame. Buyers beware.

Turn your iPhone into a handheld game console
I haven't ever heard of RiotPWR before, so I didn't know if this would be good or not. But the controller actually feels very similar (in terms of quality and design) to my Xbox Series S controller. The phone grip can be removed and the lightning cable is long enough that you could place your phone on a stand and play in a tabletop sort of mode (think of the Nintendo Switch). But the primary way to use this is with the grip installed and it works perfectly for supporting the weight of my iPhone 12 Pro.iOS actually has a very large library of games, serious ones like you can play on the Switch. I highly recommend pairing this controller with Apple Arcade, there are numerous titles that you get for $5/month and most of them cost between $20-$40 to buy them from the eShop. There are other services like Amazon Luna and Xbox Cloud gaming, I have had good experience with Luna but I have never been able to get Cloud gaming to work even though I have a GamePass Ultimate sub. There are also a lot of games you can buy from the App Store and you will save money on the iOS price vs purchasing on console. The normal problem is that touchscreen controls are not very good (at the best of times), but this controller from RiotPWR lets you use physical/button controls. The controller has passthrough charging, although I think it's 12 watt and not 18/20 watt Power Delivery. There is a lightning port on the front of the controller next to a 3.5mm headphone jack. I wish I had a tester to see, but it seems like a fair assumption that they wouldn't include a USB Power Delivery chip if they didn't have too. It's just difficult to tell if it is charging slower because of the GPU in the A14 drawing more power than usual or perhaps if it is related to the power that the controller uses to function (or a combination of the two)Now the included app is basically unnecessary, it just shows you a list of iOS games that have controller support and advertises other controllers sold by RiotPWR. It has a fairly extensive list of iOS games that work with a controller but I have found a few games that support this controller that are not on the list (Bright Ridge). One annoying thing that I haven't figured out a way to turn off is that when you plug the controller into your phone, you get a message asking if the connected device can communicate with the LUDU MAPP app. If the game is not installed, then you will get a message saying that there is an app that works with the controller and it asks if you want to download it. Either way, it happens every time you connect the controller to your iPhone. There may be some way to turn this off in the main iOS settings app, I just haven't found out how yet.I think this is a great product and probably better than products like the backbone and Kishi that attach to both sides of your phone like a Switch. An actual controller is superior and gives you more control because your hands aren't as far apart in an unnatural position. For some games (like platformers) it doesn't make much difference, but for shooters and third person action/adventure games it is better to have a controller. The lightning port and headphone jack make it possible to have a console like experience with long play sessions and the use of a wired headset. The only thing I don't love is the color, I'm guessing it has something to do with the ESL partnership since all of RiotPWR's other controllers are black.Pros+Good quality controller that feels just like my original Xbox controller from MicrosoftPassthrough charging, so you can keep playing without worrying about your battery levelIncreases the value of mobile games you have purchased, as well as subscription services like Apple Arcade, Amazon Luna, Nvidia GeForce NowMfi Certified, so it's safe to use with your $1000+ iPhone 13 ProCons-You get an annoying, on screen pop-up every time you plug the controller inI am pretty sure (although not 100% certain) that passthrough charging is the slower 12 watt speed and not 18 or 20 watt USB C Power Delivery that iPhones have supported since 2017 with the iPhone 8/8 Plus/X and newer

Two thumbs down when it comes to the iPad But two thumbs up when It come to the iPhone
When it comes to the iPhone, so far is great I see no lag It’s feel comfortable in my hand and the call of duty mobile game plays great So far But when it comes to the iPad is horrible I end up having a Big lag and my player start scrambling and turning around by his self and when I press the trigger to aim down to shoot and when I let go of the trigger it’s keeps shooting By himself that’s why I don’t believe the controllers should cost that much because it don’t work for the iPad so if you’re looking for a wire controller I will recommend it for the phone only so far it work great on the phone but if you are looking for a controller for the iPad I would not recommend it because is trash for the iPad So I hope the company lower the price on this controller because I pay way too much for it not to work for the iPad and that’s why I got it, it was for the iPad but I don’t recommend it

Great purchase!
Phone is a iPhone 13 pro max and it fits great, I have no worries of it falling out or feeling lose. Controls are very responsive. Cable is very long, but comes with its own strap to keep it all in place. Adjustable viewing angles, I use it sometimes to just hold my phone and watch movies. While it’s charging! And it has headphone jack so I don’t have to worry on long trips and save my wireless headphones for walking around when I get it my destination.

The rotor riot worked better
Worked great for a little over a month, then the left trigger got stiff and started sticking. It only goes about halfway down. Super disappointing since I play a ton of Call of Duty Mobile. Pretty useless now.

Beware of joy sticks rubber being cut by plastic
I like the controller and have used it for a few months with madden mobile on my iphone 12 pro Max. But now the sharp edge of the plastic on controller left joystick has torn or cut the rubber so bad I am no longer able to use it. If they would only round the edge that the rubber fits over it would last so much longer
