A little back story; I sweat ALOT all over my body from ever since I was a child, I became so use to it but it's still embarrassing. Decided to do my research and saw that sage is good for reducing sweat bought it and decided to try1 week update.Started to take is last week Sunday religiously without noticing to effect, however; persons who know me says that I don't sweat as much the sweating has reduce drastically. I still sweat but it's not drenching sweat like I use to. Normally my shirts, armpit, head and face would be dripping, now it's not like that no more. Its effective, its has no taste just smells like sage, I swallowed it easily.

I’ve been trying to find a cure or does anything that will help slow down my hyperhidrosis and when I save this has worked wonders, I have not had any ordor and Little to no sweat I am so happy because my whole life I’ve been trying to find a solution and the fact that this has made such a major change means a lot! I have had annoying head sweating for a long time. It wouldnt take much for drops of sweat to be dripping it my eyes and down my face. While cooking, or outside in the heat. Looking for a solution I decided to try these, and I am HAPPY to report that within a few days these pills have curtailed that a lot. Spent all morning cooking over a hot stove and usually I would be wiping my head and face many times, not today!Also have menopause and again, my hot flashes and sweating are now under better control. I dont usually write reviews but I felt this helped me so much I wanted to share. These are definitely worth a try! I would definitely recommend!
