1st day looks good
1st day looks good... Packing and product is excellent. Excellent product new only at reasonable price. Go for it.

Issue with DVD drive otherwise OK. Good configuration
The media could not be loaded. The System is OK with genuine parts, small and compact nice cabinet.. But with one issue. DVD drive keep on ejecting and dont closes after repeated tries... All other configuration are as specified.. Speed is good with windows 10 pro and office installed..

Totally not working. Not doing replacement also
The product is not working at all. Trying hard for replacement but the Amazon is saying seller will replace. Seller is denying that the product is not sold by them. The customer in between these two are getting deceived. Plz help replacing the item. Not expected these types of conduct from Amazon.

Mouse & keyboard not working
CPU is working properly but the mouse & keyboard is defective, when plugged to the computer it doesn't work at allProduct delivery is good slightly opened but ok.

Don't buy
I bought this pc on 3 rd march 2023 and giving review today 311st May 2023.I received the pc in good condition but after using for about 2 months it has a major problem with the software. As soon as it runs ms word it's cpu signal stop and shows 'Out of Range'. As per a computer technician suggestion we have update the driver but to no use. I tried to reach out to the seller but received no reply. So my advice is never buy this renewed pc it's just a waste of money.
