Kauffman Orchards Cinnamon Baking Chips In Bulk, Bulk Cookie Bits, 12 Oz.

One of my fave scones from local coffee shop years ago was the seasonal cinnamon one. I was later diagnosed with celiac and could not eat them anymore. I searched for cinnamon bits to make my ownand these are the answer. I could use them in pancakes or brownies too I guess. Great taste.

This package goes a long way. I like using them to make cinnamon chip, maple glazed cake mix cookies. Great flavor and meltability.

I was so excited for these to bake with and mort of them can’t be used because they’re all melted together :( very sad

I liked this cinnamon bits. Didn't appreciate the bible tract that was included. If I want a sermon, I go to my own church. Proselytization in the context of an Amazon purchase is inappropriate. I don't preach when I make my purchases -- I don't expect to be preached at when the order is fulfilled.

Good quality. Hard to find item at my location.

Good flavor, mild but noticable cinnamon flavor, not at all too much or overpowering. Small size of the chip I think was an advantage as they dispersed evenly throughout the Snicker Doodle bread allowing them to be tasted in each and every yummy bite.

Taste was good but they don’t melt quite like chocolate ones so the look I expected was not achieved . Perfect as a mix in !
