The cooling is super quick and efficient, even during peak summer heat now. It’s surprisingly quiet and the 5-star rating ensures lower electricity bills. The installation was smooth and timely. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for powerful performance and energy savings. Highly recommended..NOTE - The led panel above on the indoor unit, has no light facility for the 2025 wifi model, WIFI IS JUST A GIMMICK (Only you can Switch on and off the AC from out of your home or any remote location) thats it..AMAZON DELIVERY WAS FANTASTIC NO DELAY..

Check Packaging, Remote & Instruction Manual missing
Product is beautiful, works great, no issues in Installation, the cooling is effective and works great on a large room. The only problem make sure to check the box for items, it's nowhere mentioned what should be in the box, one would assume they won't forget Remote and Instruction manual for the AC you have purchased for 50k but you would be mistaken. Do check else you will have to either return the entire thing or buy a questionable remote for 1k from the Installation guys.

I purchased the Carrier 2 Ton AC for my Home, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. The cooling is fast and consistent, even in peak summer temperatures. without any issues.

It's not impressed as Smart 2-tone AC but it does job.
Cooling performance is excellent with minimal noise. Delivery was punctual as promised, and the unit was installed within a few days. However, I was not satisfied with the installation. The team did not seem professional—they don't handle electrical work. In my case, I needed an additional feet of cable to reach the socket, which they refused to do. Instead, they used their own cable and connected it to a 5-amp socket just for testing.That said, it's still a solid choice for those seeking strong performance and energy efficiency.One downside is the LED panel on the indoor unit of the 2025 Wi-Fi model—it doesn't come with a built-in light. They charge an additional ₹1,500 for this feature.The Wi-Fi/Smart functionality claims to support Google Home integration, but there's a flaw in the app that prevents proper connection. It seems they’re using the 'Smart Life' platform under the name 'Carrier Wi-Fi-CMI,' but it doesn't connect reliably. As a result, you're limited to using the standalone Carrier app just to turn the AC on/off and adjust temperature settings. As other users have also pointed out, the smart features are not user-friendly.Another drawback: the AC remote is made of cheap plastic, and unlike brands like LG, it doesn’t come with a wall-mounted remote holder.
