Fully charged new batteries and it only registers at 32% when put in the camera. Why won't these fully charge?Customer service corrected the issue promply.

These batteries claim to have the same capacity as the stock ARLO batteries. My cameras are 2 years old and were starting to lose charge every month. They used to last 4-6 months. I bought these batteries to replace them, and they die within 2 weeks of charging. Absolute garbage, very disappointed.

I can charge my arlo batteries with ease now for cheap $. I hate buying these cheap Chinese or foreign products but sometimes there's no choice.

After having my Arlo cameras for years I have always wanted a charging station where I can have new and fresh batteries ready to go and this has done it for me! I like how I can always leave the batteries on the charger and when a camera is about to go dead I pop a new battery in it and its ready for a couple months. this has made my life much simpler!

These are no near as good as the Arlo OEM batteries. Those batteries usually lasted a few months before they needed to be charged. These crappy batteries only last a couple of weeks at most. Back they go as I'm tired of buying junk that does really work very well.UPDATE: Customer service contacted me very quickly and sent me new optimized batteries and charger and the new batteries do charge all the way up to 100%. They have been installed in my Arlo cameras I hoping they will last longer without needing a recharge.I have to admit, their customer service is top notch and have been extremely concerned about my satisfaction with their product. Thumbs up!

We only had this product lil over a month and the product wouldn't stay charged. It was past the return period but the seller made it right by offering a refund.. Great customer service

Don't buy these. They won't charge to even 50%. They're a complete waste of money. Lesson learned!

Want to like these batteries, great price, nice to have charger, buuuuut charged batteries to 100% and went to put then in camera. They show only 32%. Tried multiple batteries in multiple cameras, still always 32%??? I realize it's probably more but something is off. Arlo brand batteries read correctly. Arlo pro 2's. Have been using system for years. Never had this happen until these. Not sure what gives with these.
